    HOW TO MAKE A GOOD BATCH

    Observe. Adjust. Discover.

    1. Read the test sample and the model. Find the constant k.
    2. Change x and, where shown, z. The factory, table and graph follow your settings.
    3. Match the order’s target and run the machine. Hints and retries never reduce your reward.

    The graph shows y versus x. When z exists it stays fixed at your current setting. The highlighted dot is your machine setting. Inputs use positive values; root stations offer square areas.
